Job Summary:
- Represent ACOSTA in their territory, ensuring all client standards are met according to shelf and plan-o-gram procedures.
- Ensure new products are put on the shelf according to recommended procedures and maintain 100% distribution of existing items.
- Effectively communicate information from the principal to store staff.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for in-store programs.
- Make sales presentations to the store and/or store manager.
- Complete detailed reports and documents related to the performance of the work according to the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales/customer service in grocery stores.
- Good communicator.
- Available to work from Monday to Friday during the day.
- Have a valid driver's license and a reliable car.
- Capable of driving a vehicle for an extended period of time.
- Have storage space for sales materials in the home.
