Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Retail Sales Business Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with trade partners, including retailers and distributors, to drive business growth and innovation
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure sales success
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry (marketing and account management are desirable)
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience using Google Suite and Excel
