Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Store Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing sales operations, including territory management, team performance, and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory plans to ensure effective sales execution across assigned areas
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure sales success
- Collaborate with trade partners, including retailers and distributors, to create innovative merchandising solutions and product demonstrations
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
- Work closely with Whirlpool Canada Account Managers to prioritize calls, monitor results, and provide field insights to stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry (marketing and account management are desirable)
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience using Google Suite and Excel
