About the Role

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, People and Culture, and other team leaders. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compose and edit correspondence, meeting minutes, briefing notes, agendas, and other high-level documents.
  • Provide administrative support for projects and working groups, including scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
  • Manage budgets, submit expenses, and organize team meetings and events.
  • Support the administration of employee-based platforms, including UKG, 15Five, and Bucketlist.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests.

Requirements

  • High school graduation supplemented by post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise written communication.
  • Superior interpersonal, oral communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects, working with internal staff and stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office and other software applications.
