About the Role:
The Senior Administrative Assistant is a key member of our team at EightSix Network, responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Manager and team. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational processes, including coordinating meetings, handling accounts payable, and addressing client inquiries.
- Provide thorough administrative support to the Manager and team, including support to various initiatives, projects, and collaborative efforts.
- Develop and maintain effective communication systems, including email and phone communication.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and vendor management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the health field (an asset)
- Post-secondary education and relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
