As we approach our 5-year milestone, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our company.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced COO to lead our operational strategy, drive growth, efficiency, scalability, profitability, and shareholder value. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic direction, oversee operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry, business acumen, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Provide strategic leadership and directional oversight of operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define the optimal structure to support future growth and leverage synergies.
  • Lead Collectivfide's omni-channel strategy and ensure optimal resource utilization and budget management.
  • Define risk mitigation initiatives to protect loss ratios and retention.
  • Serve as the 2nd point of escalation and timely resolution of carrier and brokerage issues.
  • Leadership and Board reporting of operational health metrics and KPIs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partnership meetings.
Requirements
  • Degree in Risk Management, Financial Services, or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience working as a COO or similar senior-level operational executive role in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Experience working in a brokerage, either as a broker or an operational leader.
  • Strong business and insurance acumen, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to travel to visit broker partners or attend industry events, conferences, etc.
