Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver an exceptional service experience through completing transactions and identifying opportunities for advice, solutions, and digital enablement.
  • Education and Demonstration: Focus on educating clients about our products and services, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, and driving solutions to retain business.
