Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Services Representative to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve success.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and develop a deep understanding of their financial needs and goals.
- Business Development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Planning and Advice - Provide expert financial planning and advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
- Product and Service Development - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and work with product and service teams to develop and implement new solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Business Acumen - Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
- Adaptability and Flexibility - Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities, and to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
