Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Coast Capital is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their financial needs are met, and building strong relationships with our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to members, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Coast Capital's products and services, providing members with expert advice and guidance.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
