About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Alchemy. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and create a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine
  • Contribute to all aspects of the restaurant, including recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, conducting inventories, scheduling, and overall productivity
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, team members, and senior management
  • Communicate our restaurant's vision to all staff and lead by example
  • Promote the venue and demonstrate high personal integrity and business ethics
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned or required
Requirements
  • Supervisory or management experience in restaurants
  • WSET certifications or in progress
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Extreme organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload
  • Ability to grow with the company and take advantage of elective education opportunities
