Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at FamilySmart. This is a permanent, 40 hours per month position in English.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
About the RoleThe Caregiver Support Specialist will provide support to individuals and families within our community, promoting healthy relationships and outcomes. This involves maintaining program statistics, conducting criminal record checks, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities and outcomes.
- Conduct criminal record checks and verify credentials as required.
- Provide support and guidance to clients, promoting self-advocacy and empowerment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- No degree, certificate or diploma required; willing to train.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
