Executive Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our client's senior management team in Laval. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and preparing documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Search for and retrieve legal files and documents
  • Enter data into Excel and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in management committees and take minutes
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bilingualism required
