About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to serve as our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Canada. Based in Toronto, this individual will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our global objectives. They will lead a team of experienced professionals and collaborate with cross-functional partners to create innovative campaigns that drive sales, traffic, and brand awareness.

A key member of our Canadian Leadership Team, the CMO will provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure seamless execution across all channels. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, managing complex projects, and driving business results through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of annual marketing plans, strategies, and budgets
  • Collaborate with the Canadian Leadership Team to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to meet business objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and agency partnerships
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of job-specific experience with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Strong digital experience, creative vision, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and leadership skills
