Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AJOC Immigration Consultancy Services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our physical location. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed;
  • Perform various tasks related to security, safety, and facility management;
  • Assist with events, meetings, and other activities as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Detail-oriented and organized with high accuracy standards;
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.

Salary Information

Our salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
