About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data Insights to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our sales data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Design and implement data-driven sales optimization strategies to improve lead conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Analyze and present data insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and sales optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, data analytics, or sales enablement and optimization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven sales optimization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
