- Lead Sales Optimization Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales optimization strategies, leveraging data insights to drive business results.
- Analyze and Interpret Data: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Communicate Insights Effectively: Develop and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that insights are communicated effectively and actionable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, data analytics, or sales enablement and optimization.
- Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, including CRM systems, data visualization tools, and statistical software.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
