About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data Insights to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data-Driven Strategies: Design and execute data analytics projects to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Sales Optimization Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales optimization strategies, leveraging data insights to drive business results.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate Insights Effectively: Develop and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that insights are communicated effectively and actionable.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, data analytics, or sales enablement and optimization.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, including CRM systems, data visualization tools, and statistical software.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
