Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at 2659402 Ontario Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage senior staff positions, including department heads and directors
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
