Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to our management team, ensuring that our programs and services are delivered in a way that meets the needs of our clients and communities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the effective use of our resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and government agencies.
  • Ensure that our programs and services are delivered in a way that is responsive to the needs of our clients and communities.
Organizational Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of The Salvation Army's mission, vision, and values.
  • Ensure that our programs and services are delivered in a way that is consistent with our organizational values and principles.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Represent The Salvation Army in a professional and respectful manner, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure that our programs and services are delivered in a way that is responsive to the needs of our clients and communities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit or social services organization.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
