Strategic Organizational Development Specialist

S.i. Systems is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organizational Development Specialist to provide expert advice on Human Resourcing strategies for a public sector Real Property organization.
The successful candidate will have developed an organizational strategy for a Government of Canada Real Property organization within the last 10 years and reviewed HR management strategies, providing advice on organizational changes and improvements to senior management of three separate Government of Canada departments, agencies or Crown Corporations in the last 5 years.
As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing the organization's capacity to undertake and successfully deliver projects, initiatives or changes in the context of the existing organizational environment, programs, and policies.
You will advise Senior Management on a range of issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve program or project objectives and establish business rules and policies governing human resource management arrangements.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing the organization's capacity to undertake and successfully deliver projects, initiatives or changes
- Advising Senior Management on a range of issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve program or project objectives
- Establishing business rules and policies governing human resource management arrangements
- Auditing and improving existing HR management strategies to ensure consistency with government-wide strategies
- Developing and implementing organizational change and improvement plans
- Providing coaching, mentoring, information sessions, and training to support organizational development
- Developed an organizational strategy for a Government of Canada Real Property organization within the last 10 years
- Reviewed HR management strategies and provided advice on organizational changes and improvements to senior management of three separate Government of Canada departments, agencies or Crown Corporations in the last 5 years
- Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies and approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
