Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and ensure targets are met
- Complete Hiring Intake process with Hiring Managers
- Coordinate with hiring managers on job requirements and update job descriptions/job advertisements accordingly
- Post job advertisements on public job boards and coordinate with Marketing Team to update job postings on Lakeside's company website
- Screen resumes for all open positions
- Conduct first-round interviewing for various positions at Lakeside
- Coordinate Career Fairs and information sessions held at Universities and Colleges
- Create and update Procedure Documents related to recruitment processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Recruitment and Onboarding processes
- Perform administrative tasks related to the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling candidates, uploading resumes to the applicant tracking system, creating offer letters, and following up with candidates on interview status
Onboarding Program:
- Lead the new hire onboarding process
- Act as a primary point of contact for new employees on their first day
- Meet with New Hires during their 1 Month Follow Up to discuss their integration into Lakeside
- Coordinate 'Onboarding Week' (a presentation series that provides an overview of Lakeside's industry, structure, and operations for new employees)
- Provide suggestions for improvements for future Onboarding Week series
Administrative Tasks:
- Monitor HR Inboxes
- Meet Minutes for all HR Team Meetings
- Create surveys
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Scan and photocopy documents
- Filing documents into Employee Folders
- Research various topics as required to determine best practices and new methods for improving HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with other projects, as assigned
Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources or University Degree with Post-Graduate studies in Human Resources
- One to Three (1-3) years' of HR administrative support
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PDF Exchange)
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Well-organized and attentive to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task and time manage
- Well-developed communication skills (written and oral)
