Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring targets are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the new hire onboarding process, acting as a primary point of contact for new employees on their first day
- Meet with New Hires during their 1 Month Follow Up to discuss their integration into Lakeside
- Coordinate 'Onboarding Week' (a presentation series that provides an overview of Lakeside's industry, structure, and operations for new employees)
- Provide suggestions for improvements for future Onboarding Week series
- Monitor HR Inboxes, create surveys, and coordinate meetings and events
- Research various topics as required to determine best practices and new methods for improving HR programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources OR University Degree with Post-Graduate studies in Human Resources
- One to Three (1-3) years' of HR administrative support
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PDF Exchange)
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Well organized and attentive to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task and time manage
- Well-developed communication skills (written and oral)
