Business Operations Coordinator

The role of an Administrative Assistant at DHE BOSS INC. involves providing administrative support to our team by recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. It also includes determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee the analysis of employee data and information, compile data and statistics, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have experience working in a team environment. As a key member of our team, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for arranging travel itineraries, ordering office supplies, and setting up and maintaining information filing systems. The successful candidate will be accurate, reliable, and able to manage their time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
