About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at A F Cold Storage. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our transportation company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of office projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to office staff, including training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the transportation industry.
