Wipro Technologies is seeking an experienced Portfolio Account Executive to manage and expand a portfolio of cross-industry accounts in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing senior client relationships, driving growth and profitability, and positioning Wipro as a strategic IT partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a cluster of accounts with a P&L of $40+ M, including reporting and metric assessment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive innovation and growth within the accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anchor the accounts and cross-sell across service lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO stakeholders and drive sales growth targets.

As a Portfolio Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cross-industry accounts in Canada. You will work closely with senior client relationships to drive growth and profitability, and position Wipro as a strategic IT partner. Requirements:
  • Bi-lingual French & English communications.
  • At least 20 years of experience in a client-facing role or portfolio/account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm.
  • Experience managing and growing a client portfolio of accounts totaling P&L of $40+ M, including reporting and metric assessment for account(s).
  • Local / Canadian client experience mandatory.
  • Ability to cross-sell across service lines and collaborate with internal stakeholders to anchor the accounts.
  • Experience in the global service delivery model.
  • Experience selling broad IT services (Infrastructure, Digital AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, AppsDev, etc).
  • Top-notch relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales growth targets.
  • Consulting services experience selling digital transformation or large scale services programs.
  • Relationship-oriented - strong on building relationships; ability to manage CXO stakeholders.
  • Experience serving Canadian clients.
