Responsibilities:

* Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flows and associated notes, account analysis, reconciliations, budgets and internal control maintenance.
* Preparation of Management Reporting including analysis on financial results/budgets, performance metrics, and benchmarks
* Dealing with year end audits including preparation of relevant files and resolving issues.
* Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions
* Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, control and provide support on special requests when necessary.
* Ad-hoc projects
* All other related tasks

Requirements:

* CPA, a major asset
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Ability to take initiative
* Be Bilingual (French and English) and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Demonstrate leadership
* Advanced Excel (Search V, Pivot Tables)
