Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and executing warehouse strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and promote sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Director of Logistics to co-develop and implement a comprehensive warehouse strategy.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize warehouse operations and drive efficiency.
- Align warehouse strategies with overall business objectives and logistics plans.
- Analytics and Data Management:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for warehouse analytics, providing insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve warehouse performance.
- Sustainability Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of the sustainability strategy for warehouse operations.
- Drive initiatives to achieve the net zero roadmap, ensuring environmentally responsible practices.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and space utilization.
- Lead efforts to optimize warehousing costs and deliver the Global FTG goal.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of developing and executing warehouse strategies.
- Strong expertise in warehouse analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in leading sustainability initiatives and achieving environmental goals.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with sustainable technologies and processes in warehouse operations.
