About the Role:

As a key member of the OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. leadership team, the Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of leadership and development.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
  • Operational Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Supervision and Experience:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth.
  • Experience: Possess at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise.
