- Supervise Front Desk Staff: Lead and mentor a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Accurately prepare and submit reports on front desk operations, including guest feedback and staff performance.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with special needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and Review Work: Coordinate and review the work of front desk staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage front desk supplies, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, initiative, judgement, and organized.

- Permanent Position: Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
