Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at ClubLink Corporation ULC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to management on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational metrics.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk area.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
