Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Victor Energy Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, assessing requirements of an establishment, and negotiating rates and terms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
- Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications
- Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance to standards
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in analysis of data
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
