Dedicated Office Support Specialist

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleThis permanent position involves providing exceptional administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain office procedures and routines for maximum efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure smooth communication with clients and colleagues.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to messages, and directing visitors.
- Analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or services, and provide assistance as needed.
- Establish and maintain accurate filing systems, both manual and digital.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent multitasking, flexibility, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and client focus.
Our office operates on a standard 40-hour workweek with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
