Job Description

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

This permanent position involves providing exceptional administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain office procedures and routines for maximum efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure smooth communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to messages, and directing visitors.
  • Analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or services, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Establish and maintain accurate filing systems, both manual and digital.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent multitasking, flexibility, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and client focus.
Work Environment

Our office operates on a standard 40-hour workweek with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
