Job Description
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Assume responsibility for performing tasks typically assigned to supervised staff members, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, providing valuable insights into hotel performance and areas for improvement.
  • Address work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and suggest enhancements to boost productivity and quality.
  • Cultivate exceptional client service by assisting guests with special needs and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
  • Effectively coordinate, assign, and review workloads to optimize resource allocation and achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and train new employees in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as necessary to prevent disruptions and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Procure materials and supplies in a timely manner to support hotel operations.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
