**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Experience with general equipment maintenance
- Loader experience
- Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner
- Stockpile material for operations
- Load and unload both internal and external trucks with aggregates
- Perform daily maintenance
- Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, complete maintenance records and daily equipment log
- Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- DZ or AZ license
- Mechanically inclined
- Basic computer skills

**Day in the Life**:
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of construction as a labourer and become the backbone of our quarry crew. From operating and handling various construction tools to shoveling in and around belts and crushers, you will have a complete understanding of our aggregate division as you perform general labour duties. You will also assist in site cleanliness and equipment general maintenance. Whether it's hauling materials, loading trucks, scale clerking, or mastering the art of aggregate equipment, everyday brings a new adventure.

Safety will always be your number one priority as you adhere to protocols, wear PPE, keep a keen eye out for any potential hazards, communicate effectively, and promote an overall safe culture.
