Job Title: (Part-time) Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused (Part-time) Supervisor to join our team at The Shoe Co. as a key member of our store leadership team.
About the Role:
As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their performance and skills.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a retail environment.
