Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role, or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Client focus and flexibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
