Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and sales
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
