Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced food service environment
  • Physical Demands
    • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
