Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food products.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
    • Hire and train food service staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced food service environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
