About the Role

We are seeking a talented Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, developing and retaining a high-performing sales team, and promoting Rogers & Fido brands.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer experience, ability to deliver on business plans, and a passion for leading and inspiring teams. You will also be responsible for:

  • Capturing and growing your customer base through personalized communication and outreach
  • Investing in employee growth through various development programs
  • Participating in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
  • Exercising autonomy to operate the store like a business, curating solution-based experiences

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, plus a lucrative management bonus program.
