Retail Store Leadership Manager

About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, to manage and run store operations with an adventurous and innovative spirit. As a Store Manager, you will:
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Manage store operations, adapting to an ever-changing environment with autonomy.
- Focus on performance to meet and exceed local/regional business objectives.
- Engage and grow your customer base through personalized communication and outreach.
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses.
As a leader, you will have the opportunity to deliver on business plans, meeting regional and store targets, and work a flexible schedule with occasional evenings/weekends.
