At Accor, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through innovative commercial strategies. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our hotel's Commercial Strategy team with data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain data accuracy and create automation efforts in reporting tools to enhance revenue management.
  • Assist in preparing competitive analysis and supporting documents for revenue meetings and corporate teams.
  • Generate and update revenue management reports, serving as the primary link for reporting needs of the Revenue Management team.
  • Assist in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term projections.
  • Manage availability, rates, and inventory in all channels, communicating strategies and restrictions to operations teams.
  • Maintain rate parity across all channels, collaborating with the sales team on follow-up processes.
  • Perform system maintenance, including rate loading, restrictions management, and daily system checks.
  • Aid in content management, liaising with the hotel Marketing team to ensure regular updates of hotel information.
  • Maintain close relationships with GRC to ensure the call center is up to date on hotel information.
  • Manage relationships with Distribution System Support, technical tickets, and loading request follow-ups.
  • Support special projects within Revenue Management and Distribution, focused on uncovering new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Previous reservation experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with Ideas RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering preferred.

This role requires the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous. Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs.

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics preferred. Hospitality industry experience preferred.
