Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Inner Wellness Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Office Management: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
