Senior Account Executive, SaaS Products

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead sales efforts for our new SaaS product supporting schools in managing absences and substitutes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with product development and enhancements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions
- Partner with customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, informing product and sales strategies
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation
- 4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of working with product teams
- Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets, excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Genuine interest in the education sector and a desire to make a positive impact
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Meaningful work on a mission-driven project
