Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales assistance and customer service in all departments, with a focus on the Post Office department.
  • Problem solve and find solutions to customer mailing needs.
  • Perform inventory counts, merchandising, and maintain a professional sales image of the department.
  • Assist customers with mailing letters and parcels, PO boxes, and Venture One and other CPC transactions.
  • Develop strong interpersonal, motivational, and follow-up skills to build customer relationships.
  • Cope with stress and pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal, motivational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic PC knowledge.
