About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare in East York, Ontario. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will provide specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in their homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in a home and community setting
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet clients' needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
