The Role

As a Physiotherapist in our Critical Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized academic institution
  • Registration as a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
  • Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably with respiratory conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
