Job Summary

The York University is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment & Campus Ambassador to support our recruitment and outreach initiatives, including campus tours, recruitment presentations and orientation activities.

About the Role

This role is ideal for students who are passionate about community engagement and leadership. As a Recruitment & Campus Ambassador, you will be responsible for supporting our team in promoting York University's programs and services to current and prospective students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support campus tours, recruitment presentations, and orientation activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with students and promote York University's programs and services
  • Build relationships with faculty, staff, and students to promote a positive image of York University
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be enrolled as a York student and have a strong understanding of the university's programs and services.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in a related field
  • Ability to demonstrate responsible, ethical and professional conduct
  • Ability to plan social activities, programs and events that contribute to an engaged community
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
