POMELO HAT is seeking a skilled Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment:
