About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Dao Cafe. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Schedules: Develop and implement efficient schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Cafeteria Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, team player, initiative
